Per-project P&L

Every purchase, transfer and payment is tagged to its project. Know each site's margin before it slips, not at year end.

Daily labour quotas

Set each worker's daily quota and record what was achieved. Pay pro-rates itself against the quota, and the labour report doubles as the M-Pesa payment sheet, with the number and the amount already on it.

Site inventory

Cement stores per site, and a daily alert to the site manager when stock will not last the week, measured against what that site actually consumes. Transfers between sites leave a paper trail.

M-Pesa reconciliation

Upload the statement as PDF, CSV or Excel. Every line is matched to a supplier and a project from your own purchase history, and once you confirm them it drafts the journal entries for your finance lead to approve. Nothing reaches your books unreviewed.

The day's progress, filed from site

Your foreman files what happened, with photos, straight from a phone. Your site manager checks it, and the project's progress moves on its own, so nobody rebuilds the week from memory on Friday.

Big purchases need a signature

The site raises a request for what it needs. Anything above the limit you set waits for approval before it becomes an order, and every order traces back to who asked and who signed.

Know where the mixer is

Every machine, vehicle and power tool carries a QR tag. Scan it with an ordinary phone camera to pull up the asset and the site it belongs to, so plant that quietly walks off a job stops being a year-end discovery.

Paperwork that warns you before it expires

Title deeds, council approvals, contracts and KRA papers sit against the client they belong to instead of in someone's inbox. Give one an expiry date and it emails your finance and project leads 30 days out, so a lapsed document is never the reason you cannot bid.
